Global adaptation dataset

This dataset contains information on adaptation policies, laws, programmes, projects, publications, and policy recommendations from 117 high, middle, and low income countries as reported in National Communications to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change between 2008 and 2012. It contains information on over 4,000 items. The results of this study are published in Mitigation and Adaptation Strategies for Global Change (Lesnikowski et al. 2015: How Are We Adapting to Climate Change? A Global Assessment) and Climatic Change (Berrang-Ford et al. 2014: What Drives National Adaptation? A Global Assessment). This is also the first time step in the Annex I Parties data series.
